Traffic Deaths Hit Record Low, But It’s Not a Time to Become Complacent

Some observations even though this data is “preliminary” at this point.

-          Nationally, fatalities dropped by 3% from 2009 to 2010.  CA dropped 12%!

-          CA is under 2,800 fatalities.  That is a drop of 1,500 lives saved from the year 2005 to 2010!

-          CA is not the state with the most fatalities.  We have passed Texas and close on the heels of Florida!
